When it comes to being in alignment we have to identify the order in which we REcieve our messages.
Some people think logically before they are able to feel their emotions. Some are opposite. And then there are those whose physical body REcieve the message.
Like my grandmother, she never cried in front of me, she never lost her temper (unless you lied to her- yes, we'll get to that!)
But Nann always complained about her shoulders hurting... so much that she started to see massage therapist twice a month... come to find out Nanna was so out of touch with herself her body responded instead of her emotions. Her logical thinking was suppressed by Pawpaw that she never even acknowledged her real rational thoughts!
This left her body to take a lifelong emotional beating. So much that even her blood turned against her.
